Shivery is not dead, it just doesn't apply

I’m going to get straight to the point since i don’t have debating/writing abilities.

With the increasing women’s equal rights (and I’m not saying they’re complete) but with it increasing, it levels the playing field on which the genders stand. I suspect shivery began with the female gender not thought of being on equal grounds, hence why they were given special treatment.

Example, my friend paid for dinner because she wanted to, despite the fella’s full intention to do so. Shivery was appreciated but not expected. Unless you’re a bitch-sponge, it doesn’t really apply in a contemporary society.

Some how, I’m going to piss someone off. Like when I called a fellow tumblr/jew a sneaker blogger. Someone has to take offence.
