I don’t like perpetuating the idea that girls have to be skinny to be attractive because it just isn’t the case most of the time. But I will admit she is very pretty, infact she would be too skinny if anything. And what’s the deal with that dent?

Last weekend I was at my friend’s 21st party. It had gotton to the point where it was probably on it’s last legs, and the conversations had become quite casual, beanbag-sitting casual. I was chatting to one of his friends, this girl with maybe a little excess body weight. By excess I mean she wasn’t just bones, normal by any one’s standards. And at some point in the conversation to justify my state (probably being too cold) I blurted out “…but I’m fuckin’ skinny.” as I often do.

Now before you start hating, I’m a 8 (aust.) in ladies sizes or 4 (usa). For a guy in his twenties you could describe me as skinny; not just skinny though, awfully and as far as I’m concerned, unheathly skinny.

Had I not driven my attention span down to the size of a walnut, through years of television and video games, I might of noticed that was the wrong thing to say. I could of apologized. But I didn’t, I lost attention and moved on. Now I am compelled to feel terrible since realising what might she might of thought I meant.

Awesome is always sold out before I can get the funds and/or knowledge to purchase it. I haven’t worn a watch in 3 years. The last one was a ten buck Shriek watch, coloured orange and green. Although the dirty teenage-sanchez moustache probably discredited any innocence that came with wearing it.
